My daughter and I got our first piercings on spring break. We both got a conch. Great experience! Today we returned and I got a stacked upper lobe piercing and my daughter got a helix. Milad and his team were awesome! Every time was smoothly done and the aftercare was simple. The team helped pick out the appropriate piercing sites and studs. I would definitely encourage anyone thinking of getting a piercing to go. Thankyou so much for making this a great experience for my daughter and I!

I live in Grande Prairie and was looking for a very specific style of flat pressure fits. Milad didn’t have any in stock but an order was on the way ….. he took my info and has mailed them to me! AMAZING customer service!!

Had our 3 year old daughters ear piercings done here today and we're so glad we chose this shop. The owner was the one who actually did the piercing and he was so quick, kind and did at great job at making her feel comfortable. Even had a juice box and candy for her after. Front staff was also very helpful when booking and answering all our questions. Also really liked that they used needles for piercing instead of the gun. Will 100% be taking my other daughter here to have hers done too.
Cleanliness: Very clean shop. Even used a new needle for each ear!
