“I would wholeheartedly struggle to find a single complaint for this nail salon. Full disclaimer, I was a bit apprehensive due to an experience at a completely unrelated nail salon but from the moment I arrived everyone made me feel so relaxed & welcome. Mimi removed a previous set of acrylics & gave me a new set with gel polish. I was asked at every stage if I was okay, if I was happy with the progress so far, if I needed anything etc. I was offered snacks, water and even my husband waiting on me, was offered. Mimi would also say what stage we were at in terms of my manicure and what was next, which as an autistic person, I found very helpful in knowing what to expect. Mimi is a fantastic multi-tasker & took some phone call appointments when doing my nails BUT at no point did it feel like she wasn’t 100% focused on my nails (I know, it sounds impossible, lol). Mimi was also very apologetic about having to take the calls, but as I’ve said, it didn’t take away from my experience at all so no need for apologies! Mimi paid extremely good attention to detail, and made sure the set was as perfect as they could be. I was also thanked for choosing to go here, more than once which honestly in itself is such a nice touch. I really felt appreciated and as if Mimi & the team care about their clients. The salon itself was extremely clean and smelled very fresh. I’m happy to have found a regular salon again!“

“Went here for the 1st time last month and I loved their service so much big thanks to Amman for my wonderful 1st pedi experience! Today, I went for gel x extensions and Harpreet was just amazing! I was literally coughing so bad due to my allergies but she was so understanding and caring! She even gave me water and was consistently asking if I was okay. And my nails? So beautiful!! I asked for a Deep red french tip with a nude base. Customer service is just exceptional every time I visit. Out of all the nail salons that I’ve been, this place is the most clean, organized and sanitary! Their prices are also very much fair and affordable!“
