If you live in the Riverbend and Terwillegar area you cannot find a better barber than Monarch. I’ve been going here for several years and will never switch. Billy does great work for his clients- which is always a sharp clean haircut. Not only will you get a good haircut but a great conversation. Billy has been my barber for almost a decade now. He always accommodate me everytime I call him and make sure that I have a spot even when he was fully booked. He already knows what’s the best cut for me and always has a big smile on my face as I am very happy and contented upon leaving the shop.!?

wasnt long after billy opened his first shop that i found him. i now live on the northside and will still travel south to him to get my haircut done. Noone else compares to him so hes worth the trip. his shop is comfortable and warm and billy always extends an inviting and calm demeanor. he ensures to double check with you on what you want to make sure you walk away satsfied with your look.
