About Mill Creek Animal Hospital
Mill Creek Animal Hospital is a dedicated and caring veterinary clinic serving the Edmonton community since 1998. Their mission is to provide superior pet healthcare and attentive care to every family member. The veterinarians and staff are passionate about medicine and committed to improving the quality of life for their patients. The clinic offers comprehensive services, including health and wellness programs, as well as complete hospital facilities for medicine, x-ray, dentistry, surgery, and intensive care. Clients praise the veterinarians, particularly Dr. Burant, who is described as the "senior cat whisperer," and Dr. Sinclair, who is thorough, sweet, and takes the time to explain everything to pet owners. The entire staff is described as incredibly caring and making clients and their pets feel like family. Customers who have been with the clinic for over 10 years highly recommend Mill Creek Animal Hospital. Many pet owners appreciate the patience and insightfulness of the veterinarians, especially when dealing with fearful or aggressive pets. For example, one owner praised how Dr. Burant quickly referred their cat with a weird bump in his throat to a specialist, followed up promptly after surgery, and showed genuine concern. Even after moving away, clients have expressed how much they miss the exceptional care provided by the clinic. The staff's dedication and kindness are evident, and the clinic is highly recommended for anyone seeking compassionate veterinary care.
The staff here were great with my newly adopted cat, Cheyanne, from Second Chance Animal Rescue Society. This was her first vet visit since I adopted her on August 8, 2020. They were very thorough with the information they gave me after the visit, talked to me about dental care, and gave me a little sample bag.
The staff here were great with our new kitten and we were pleased with the costs for service. I look forward to taking Stella back in the future and being able to do so with a significant reduction in my "cat mom" anxiety 🤣🐱
