This clinic has great doctors, can't deny that. Although they need to improve on the flow of patients. It has become worse then a medi centre, or emergency room. You have to book your appt weeks in advance and wait time for walk in is 6 hours. They tell everyone to show up at 9am, this causes a flood of patients walking in at same time. The appts and overflow of walk ins causes this insane wait times, and they can not merge walk-ins well. Hopefully they do something to fix this, as it takes up a whole day. I went there in late December to renew a prescription and found them to be very helpful. It took some time but that was to be expected. I have absolutely no complaints about this business.
Me and my dad went to this clinic to do a check up on his eyes. and to get his glasses as well. The Eye Care Optemetrist at Medicine place is Wonderful. The care we received from Dr.Elassal was Amazing, they listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that yielded positive results. The entire team at the clinic is Excellent led by Ms.Ayat & Ms.Sarah displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable troughout my visit ..??
