Derrick was able to have his service tech Rooke out in just a few hours of my call. Rooke was very professional ,kind, and understanding when he showed up. He set my anxiety at ease right away and I knew I was in good hands. Rooke made sure to triple check that everything was working properly and I was completely satisfied before he left. I am blown away by the service I received today! “I had a deadbolt that suddenly stopped working and I took into Western Lock and Key. They quickly repaired the lock and did not charge a fee!
Later on I had to replace the deadbolt because it was just worn out. Once again the owner helped me reset the new deadbolt to match the other lock sets. (When I say “helped me” I mean he did it and I watched). Again no charge!“
