Start to finish the service was exceptional! Rita who booked my appointment was good natured and very professional. My locksmith Justin was punctual, friendly, highly knowledgeable, explained why I was having troubles with my locks, provided solutions and most importantly his workmanship was impeccable!
I meet Matt by accident in front of the building and just asked him how does it work for me to do some lock changes. He was supposed friendly and knowledgeable.
He had time right then and was really fast. He did all my locks and saved me time and money. Thank you Matt !
Great experience with Lock Surgeon. Gabriel our lock smith was very professional, clean, knowledgeable, personable, and performed work thoroughly also in a timely manner. His task was to replace/rekey our house. Definitely would recommend him to anyone. It’s hard to find good service these days and this guy checked all the boxes.
