“A hectic morning prevented me from gassing up on the way to work. Two cats from Magenta were doing the large swath of grass near the Legislature when I ran out of gas on the hill turning into the grounds. I hoofed it up and waved one of the guys down as he was on his riding mower, asked if he could spare a litre or two. They gave me nearly a full jerry can.
