The West End location has many choices for equipment and classes. At this time 4 treadmills are out of order ( has signage) and countless ellipticals (no out of service signage on them, just no power). At one time I would refer this gym to family and friends. At this time I am embarrassed to admit this is my gym. The cleaning at the gym has went downhill. I have mentioned this to numerous staff members, recently. The women's changing room lockers have not been cleaned for months. The counters are filthy most of the time, except when the part time staff clean them. The equipment is filthy. I’ve been a loyal member for four years, and I’m deeply disappointed by the recent change in your closing hours. As someone who works until 8:00 PM, I’ve always appreciated the ability to stay later, but now with the new hours, that option is no longer available. I suggest looking at member activity past 10:00 PM, not just check-ins, to see how many of us rely on that extra time.
Many of your members, myself included, are now considering switching to GoodLife. At $105 a week, the extra hour at the front desk seems like a small cost for retaining multiple memberships. it’s disappointing to see that the needs of dedicated members aren’t being... read full review
