Recently purchased a new truck and could not be happier with the experience of dealing with Koch. The entire staff were friendly, helpful, and not once were they pushy toward just making the sale. Whatever I needed they were there but it was definitely on my timeline. Even after I purchased, they did everything discussed on the timeline promised. I truly feel like they valued my business and I can't say enough good things about dealing with this dealership. Will definitely be going back for any future purchases.

Brought my truck in with thermostat issues and leaking valve cover gaskets. They were able to intake my vehicle on a Saturday afternoon and give me a complimentary rental for 3.5 days as I was from out of town. They provided ongoing communication with me and got authorization for any work being done. A great service experience from start to finish!
