We called yesterday afternoon regarding a leaky dishwasher and got a call back from one of the project managers, Rob, not too long after. He was able to come over for the next morning- super fast! The inspection was free and because the damage wasn't too bad at all we were given instructions on how we would be able to fix it ourselves. No charge! Rob was super friendly and knowledgeable, and spent the time to explain what steps we need to take next and what supplies we need. Very satisfied with our experience with Kalloway Property Services. Would 100% recommend.
The shower drain from the upstairs neighbour was leaking on my washroom ceiling. The Kalloway contractors had to cut my ceiling to fix the plumbing issue. The drywaller just finished patching up the opening, and you would never know there was ever a problem. Kudos to Alvin for doing such a great job patching up the opening and flawlessly blending the stipple, making it look like nothing ever happened.
Kalloway has been absolutely fantastic with my Condo repairs!! The project manager, Mark, has been phenomenal to work with. We had an asbestos abatement done, as well as numerous other water damage related repairs.
They have always been on time, seems to look like they are finishing repairing all of our water damage on time as well. Which impresses me VERY much as any sort of construction is iffy regarding how long it takes.
Fantastic communication, very accommodating, the receptionists are absolutely phenomenal as well !
Highly recommend Kalloway. I'm very happy with them and trust my home with them. ?
