I had an unfortunate issue with a pinhole leak in the main supply pipe, which dripped into the furnace room. When Drew arrived, he quickly identified that the drywall needed to be cut to access the main pipe on the second floor. He accurately cut a half-foot piece, precisely locating the leak. Drew replaced the pipe and is now seeking warranty reimbursement from the manufacturer. I'm genuinely grateful to Jetco (thanks to Trevor for setting the appointment) and especially to Drew, whose 20 years of experience in the trade solved the problem efficiently. Matthew from Jetco fixed our water tank today. He quickly diagnosed the issue, drove across town to get the part needed and replaced the faulty part. He was efficient, very polite, and informed me of the process through out the work. Hot water is a miracle and he is a miracle worker lol

Had a brand new water tank installed. Tank had a manufacturer defect, called front desk and Matthew came and fixed the issue. Excellent service, fast response time, happy customer. Highly recommend Jetco.
