Needed a tow at 3:00am. in the morning because I blew a tire. The lady on the phone was very nice to speak to. Tow showed up about 15 minutes later. The driver was very professional and quick.
At this time of day, I was expecting a $150 plus tow. Was very surprised it was only $113. Mind you, I didn't have it towed that far. I was still expecting a higher rate.

I had called last night (Feb 25th) in the middle of the night and asked for someone to help my son who is from SK and was broken down on the side of the road outside of Edmonton. The front desk lady was quick to help me locate him as we’re not familiar with Edmonton at all. The wait time was over 2hrs and that was a little brutal, BUT my son said the driver was extremely friendly. Not only did he tow the vehicle to a shop, they also drove my son to the hotel he had that was 10min away. I’m so thankful the driver went above and beyond and didn’t leave my son on the street in the middle of the night; again; in a city we’re not familiar with. Great experience from beginning to end. The dispatch operator was courteous and thorough and the technician who showed up on site Clearly knew what he was doing. We would highly recommend this company for any towing services that anybody needs
