About GYMVMT Fitness Club - Westmount Mall

GYMVMT Fitness Club - Westmount Mall is a good gym with a large space, clean facilities, and a variety of equipment. The gym offers fun workout classes and personal trainers, as well as showers and an accessible water fountain. Friendly staff, except for a few newer employees, provide excellent customer service. The gym has some drawbacks, such as no steam room and outdated lockers, but overall it's a great place to work out.

I entered the gym and it was very hot and humid, When me and my friend approached a manger to bring up our concern. He did not seem to care to acknowledge the overwhelming heat issue for the participants.

As a gym, great and earlier this year I was amazing with the hours I could do. But several staff were proving themselves to be fake friends. The last nail in the coffin for destroying our friendship was termination of my membership even post forcing me to suffer 2 months of coercive supervision

In response to some previous reviews, the temperature is perfect. On another note, I unfortunately recently had to move due to some family complications, however, when I cancelled for this reason the process was very smooth. I was aware of all the parameters around cancellation as I had already THOROUGHLY read my contract and was aware of fees and terms. I would also like to add that the staff is consistently helpful and have all given me the same information across the board regardless of the question at hand. Hope to be back here one day❤️ - John
