EDIT: Visited once again for a new injury and was able to get treatment from Nathan Lentz. He is a fantastic human being and was able to help me recover to where I was, pre-injury. I would gladly see him again for future physio care!

Nathan Lentz is the best! He helped me come up with a gameplan to help me get my body back to optimal condition for weightlifting and combat sports. He was really easy to get along with and with his gameplan, I can once again lift iron, engage in mutual combat with my fellow combatants, and open giant jars of peanut butter. Thanks again for all your help, Nathan. I highly recommend everybody see Nathan for your physiotherapy needs.

I would highly recommend if you are recovering from a sports injury. Nathan has helped greatly in recovering from a climbing injury that has bothered me for several months. He put me on a well structured plan with goals and a timeline. We were able to meet all goals while still climbing once per week. The exercise/stretch list was updated each week, with clear instruction for each one. Nathan checked in frequently to make sure the exercises were performed correctly and corrected me several times throughout the weeks. Thanks for all the help.
