AFTERBURN: TWICE THE WORKOUT IN HALF THE TIME! Our signature 30-minute Afterburn workouts combine High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Active Rest Training to produce fun workouts that burn twice the calories in half the time and keep your metabolism running at a higher rate for up to 36 hours post workout. Every Fit Body Boot Camp session is led by a certified coach to ensure that you get the best workout, most fat burn while keeping you safe and injury free!
