I would highly recommend this program for anyone wanting to find a modern, applicable approach to yoga & mindfulness.

Attending Hot Mama Fit classes within the studio I'd Empowered Yoga. Run by experIenced Firness Trainer Dominique. Studio is not labeled specifically Aatifa location but on the second floor of the building with ample free parking. Can get there by elevator or stairs. Clean with entry room for coats and strollers and seating area. Spacious studio with open windows. Workout gear available but can bring your own and leave it there. Currently 930 and 1015 classes and possibly more afternoon classes offered in spring, taking classes outside to surrounding park area. Currently taking postpartum classes- free trial for 4 weeks. Variety and Dominique really individualizes class prograa ms based on individual strengths and restrictions. Would recommend trying it out. Check out their website. Other locations are in Shherwood Paarl and SPruce Grove. Very accommodating and space for Mobile children to play while mamas get work out in or baby wear :)
