Totally impressed with this company!

We were having issues with our tankless hot water system, so when I contacted Elite to take a look I honestly was expecting a long wait as I'm aware that moving into the colder months means HVAC companies are full tilt.

However, I was blown away when the owner, Chris, went out of his way to adjust his personal schedule to come and look at the issue on a Sunday evening, just a couple of days after I contacted them!

I have used this business twice recently. Both times Chris came to service my 40 year old furnace. The first time it needed a new thermo coupler and he inspected my furnace in general and said I would need a new belt soon. I knew it was a long, long time since it had been done ,so I wasn’t surprised.

I was very impressed with his service the first time and so I called him back agin to replace the belt as he didn’t have one in his truck the first time.
Again I was so happy he was able to come the same day I called.

Chris (and his team) from Elite Heating and Air Conditioning (Edmonton) just installed 2 new high efficiency furnaces, 2 new air conditioners, 2 thermostats... Chris and his crew are SUPER smart, did very neat, clean and tidy work. They are very detailed oriented and their work was extremely professional. I would recommend them 100%.
