My one and only key for my '99 Lexus broke off the keyfob over the weekend so today's mission was to find a locksmith close by. I called Dial, spoke with Jim. He said he could help. When I arrived, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was also a lady who helped me (I forgot to get her name...but she had cool hair and nails). Both she and Jim took great care of me and getting me back on the road. They even gave me a little lube for my doors/ignition. Big thank you to them for easing my mind, providing laughs and giving me a memorable service. I recommend this company. ?
