I went in for a lock repair and fresh deadbolt, and Geoff guided me through good options and instructions on installation after making a choice. Everything went smoothly and I couldn't be happier with the service and product.

Have had Dial out a few times over the years at various properties, always do a good job. Yesterday had them out to my new place and the technician was great, fixed the issue I called for and another issue I hadn't even thought about but he noticed right away. Would definitely recommend.

Called to see if they had a product I was looking for to clean/fix my bike lock. They have me advice and invited me in to assess the issue. Great service! I learned a lot about how to clean my lock properly and prevent the issue in the future. I ended up cleaning my two locks further over a couple of hours using the SuperLube they had suggested and they haven't seized up since. Very grateful for the help! They didn't even charge me for the time spent to help me clean my first lock.
