Dropped in to a class while spending time in Edmonton for my daughter’s Volleyball Nationals. Great community and coach Jason was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this gym to regulars in the area or visitors from out of town. Thanks again Jason.

Great community, great programming variety, and a spacious well stocked gym!The coaches are certified and are good about helping their athletes meet their goals. They provide feedback and help you find appropriate scaling options so that everyone gets a good workout.If you are on the fence about trying crossfit, take a intro class and see what it's all about!

I've been a member of this gym for awhile now, and I'm really happy I ended up there. I was a member of another gym on the Southside, but after moving to the north west it was no longer a great option for me, so I was looking for a new gym. The coaches are all friendly and welcoming, the workouts are challenging but can always be modified to accommodate any ability level, and the community is fantastic. Everyone is friendly and encouraging, always pushing everyone to keep going and do their best. Just an awesome gym that I'm glad to be a part of!
