We had a minor emergency with one of our two dogs and Dr. Latawiec fit us in fairly quickly. It turned out the dog needed to be sedated prior to a quick procedure and Dr. L and RVT Carmen took amazing care of my dog and his stressed owner. Lol The vets and all of the staff here are amazing.
I can't say enough great things about this clinic, every visit with my dogs has been a positive experience! They prioritize the well-being of their patients, including those who are fearful or uncomfortable with handling and vet care. The staff can read dog body language well, adjusting their approach to ensure my dogs feel safe and secure. I really appreciate their efforts to check that the waiting area clear when we come/go, which helps my pup who is fearful of strangers. Their understanding of both health and behavior makes what could be a stressful situation so much easier!
