“I came to a Guardian for an oil change and inspection and was very pleasantly surprised with the process. I love it when I see a business look at an industry that is fraught with poor communication, untrustworthiness, and lack of transparency and respond with innovation. They have modernized to be competitive which I really appreciate.
You walk into the waiting room and are greeted with a well stocked snack and drink bar for waiting customers. They check you in and once your work is done they send you a link using a third party software to a comprehensive report that allows the client to see every single part of their inspection, with photos and quote all in one convenient place. They took me back to view my car and show me parts of the inspection that were concerning with my car on the hoist.
Although the frills of the waiting room aren't important to me, the transparency and communication is and Guardian has nailed that part of it.
The only thing for improvement would be timely delivery of the report, as I did have to call a couple times to follow up on sending that after my appointment. Looking forward to getting more work done with them.“

When my car died on other side of town I had it towed to closest shop as I thought all I needed was a belt...Was told by them I needed new engine and so I had it taken to Superior Automotive it turns out my engine was fine. “I stumbled across this place couple weeks ago while I was in need of tires. I have done my research on line to know the ball park of price range, but what I was offered there was exceptionally affordable and no appointment was involved. My existing winter tires were worn out and I was dreading the purchase of new or used tires to be a hassle being on a budget. Right when I stepped into the shop I was greeted by a friendly gentlemen who seems to know his inventory extremely well. He kindly brought me to see the options they have available to me, new or used, the prices included installation were a fraction of what I would pay anywhere else. I couldn’t believe it was as smooth as it gets. They had a couple vehicles ahead of me but quickly got to bring mine into the shop within 30min. The place was busy as every customer that came in were met with kindness and efficient service, not a single request was neglected or refused. When asked about brands not available they were always helpful and were able to suggest a solution with what they have on hand, that is so refreshing to hear and it is much appreciated. I had just enough time to look up the brands they carry and though the name sounds new to me, it appears to be a well established line of product by a manufacturer that developed multiple tire types for varying classes of vehicles at a competitive price.
I can’t thank you enough for the work you’ve done and restored my faith in mechanics.
That leads me to one thing, i was reminded that my wheels will need to be re-torqued, could you tell me to what extend（in lbs-ft or whatever unit it may be) are they to be torqued to?

“When my vehicle broke down I called Dalzell's and spoke with Mike. He was able to get me in right away and have my vehicle back to me 24 hours later. I had called other repair shops and was being quoted twice the amount. I was made aware of all charges and repairs. Then I was even told future repairs that are starting to appear. Nothing was charged to me that I did not agree to. Finally the shop was one of the cleanest I have ever seen.
