we had ours done a week ago. the process was painless and hassle free. with experience doing installs myself, I knew what to watch for. I can say this for certain, the installers, Yevgeniy and Valery know what they are doing and they to it exceptionally well. The attention to detail was incredible. If we ever move and need window work again, I certain hope we get Yevgeniy and Valery again.
Canglow has been the most professional window business I have dealt with over the last 30 years (we have owned several different homes.) From the initial consultation to the final installation everything that was agreed-upon and promised was delivered! We had 29 windows and a couple doors installed and we are super pleased with the quality of our purchase. Our house feels warmer already! The installation was superb and I enjoyed the installers politeness, friendliness and professionalism. I highly recommend this business!
My new windows look great. The customer service was excellent. The installers cleaned up the work area well, and we're very courteous. My only complaint is that they did not wash fingerprints off the windows when they were done. It's time to dig out my Norwex window washing kit and get them all done. My experience with them was good from estimate to installation.
