I needed a new dishwasher replaced and decided to give Butler Plumbing a call.
I’m glad I did, as Chris was sent out and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond my expectations.
He took the time to make sure everything was working as expected and looked good as well.
I highly recommend Butler Plumbing!
I had a great experience with Butler Plumbing. I had a semi-emergency issue where my bathroom was leaking water into the floor below when any draining was occurring - as this was the primary bathroom and the only one with a shower, this was a problem for me and my family. Butler Plumbing was able to get a plumber to me within a few hours of my call, which I appreciated. The plumber, Loel, was excellent and a consummate professional - he took the time to explain things and offer advice along the way. Had a sink that was backing up whenever we ran other sinks, washer, dishwasher. Came out within a couple hours, figured out the problem in a couple minutes, and quickly cleared out the drain with an auger. Everything is now working beautifully, and the cost was reasonable. Would definitely use this company again should any other problems come up with our plumbing
