This is really the best Pilates studio in Edmonton. If you do the open studio, everyone has an individualized program to suit their needs and skill level that Steve has developed just for you.

Great professional place. This studio specializes in semi private classes with the intent to strengthen and increase mobility and flexibility. The owner Steve incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. After attending a few sessions you'll find yourself becoming proficient in the different equipment available. When taking semi private classes each person is given their own program geared toward their own issues and goals. Your neighbor be doing completely different exercises but you won't notice because you'll be focused on your own. Steve and his employees come around to correct you.
