Very good experience! The staff were very friendly an helpful. The doctors took the time to talk to me and show me how to do the appropriate stretches. This helped me immensely. I could hardly walk going in. I continue to do the stretches that I learned. Thankfully they also photocopied them so I have them. I was in so much pain and was limping before I made the appointments. I am so grateful I went.

When you book your appointment it says mention you saw them on Yelp and when I did, the receptionist had no idea what it was about so I would say if you put on that on your business page to inform your staff (for that it lost a star) what it means. The first time I went, they were able to accommodate me right away which I appreciated and I had an assessment done. Like Lily said, the curtains are thin and not much of a barrier between patients. I also heard other clients talking about their issues and talking with the PTs or staff which wasn't great. The building itself is very old, and the elevator a bit scary. Ever watch one of those horror movies and not sure what will greet you when the door opens? Kind of like that. The outside waiting area had leather couches that were old with huge cracks/rips in them. Walking into the clinic, it seemed ok. There's a small waiting area with a couple chairs that face a wall of items for sale. The clinic itself had a long desk/table down the middle that was the congregation area for staff with their laptops, between patients, etc. There are bays along the side that have curtain dividers and some rooms towards the back.
