After a frustrating and disappointing encounter with the receptionist Chan, the manager,Ashley called and genuinely made the effort to actually make up for what had happened. I believe this facility has good management who care about their customer’s experience. Also, Rachel who does the laser treatment is very knowledgeable and nice.
This place is amazing from the time you enter to the time you leave . Everyone you encounter that works here is lovely , helpful and very kind and compassionate . Such a great experience.
I am beyond impressed with my recent appointment with Adriana! It made me realize that I may have been going to some inexperienced places before. She took the time to explain everything! And in detail so I wasn’t left wondering about anything. She was very professional and knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease. I had Botox on my forehead and crows feet, lip flip and filler on my nasolabial folds & on my chin to help with the shadowing I was seeing. The results are amazing! They are so subtle but noticeably better. I highly recommend going to see Adriana.
