Autoguard is family run shop that does auto repair the right way. Trustworthy, honest and hardworking people, Autoguard is a throwback to the time when your mechanic was a mechanic and not just a component changer like the big dealers. Over 20 years I have had the pleasure of knowing Binh and Mike. Good and honest people. Support a local, family run generational business.
Binh and Mike are efficient, friendly, and they're always able to make room in the schedule for me when I need it. They listen to my feedback when I describe what's wrong with my car, and they let me know what needs to be done and offer choices and alternatives to help me make decisions. Their pricing is fair, and I get everything done here, including oil changes and tire rotation. I know they just care about my car and my family. I love Autoguard and I recommend them to all my friends and family.
My Chevy Equinox suddenly stopped moving while trying to reverse and then the drive wouldn't work. There was a puddle and I was really stuck with a vehicle I really needed.I called Mike. He gave me the number to his tow guy Glen with Able Towing. Timing was good that day because Able was there within 30 mins and was quickly transported to Autoguard and jacked up for a look. Mike reassured me that it was fixable and I had my vehicle back early afternoon with fixed transmission linesWhen you do not know or cannot fix something yourself, you can only hope someone can who is fairly priced and treat you with respect, as they do at Autoguard.
