Sam is one of the best and most honest mechanic in Edmonton. My friend recommended Sam to me because of his honesty, and he impressed me once I met him. My car was initially misdiagnosed by Kal Tire (Tamarack location) as having a seized engine and they recommended the engine replacement. Sam took his time to diagnose the problem to be an Alternator, and they sent me the revised quotation for the alternator replacement. Sam took his time to take the proper history of the problem in my car and explained everything in detail for me to understand. He fixed my car before the timeframe and exceeded my expectations! I’m not even sure who helped me with me my car (Chrysler 300) last week but thank you. I had a week from hell last week and my sister took care of getting my car together and she took it here. They sent a quote via email, along with pictures and fixed the car promptly. I was driving the next day.
