The actual rating for this review should read;SALES STAFF – 0/5 starsIT/SUPPORT STAFF – 5/5 starsI will simply say that the quality of service I received from the sales staff was undesirable and left me beyond frustrated with my experience. I worked with Jeff Popovich to purchase our POSITouch system, who I believe is the sales representative for Alberta and Saskatchewan. For anyone who is considering working with Jeff – ensure you ALWAYS have a paper trail when speaking with him.
