Excellent service for a repair and duct cleaning on my furnace system. Ed the service manager was great, and very informative, very clear on what was going on. Darlene in the office was great as well. Very helpful.
2024: Ruslan returned with excellent service when our A/C unit was acting up. He replaced an electrical part and gave the coils a good cleaning. Very happy with the results. Thanks to Acclaimed for continuing professional service!
Huge shout out to Justin and his team for coming out and working so hard on resolving my air conditioner problems. I recently moved into a central neighborhood infill. Having been a very satisfied customer of Keven the owner in the past, I knew I would be using Acclaimed if I ever needed to install central air. What I didn’t anticipate was a cranky neighbor who was upset with any noise coming from the unit once installed. The team came back several times and even reinstalled and replaced the unit. Got the job done. Furnace and ventilation runs well.
I was a bit shocked when they were cutting into the vents, but a supervisor came by and explained that is how it works. It was sealed up afterwards.
