Left an email about my leak and draining issues at a rental unit. Got a call from Tom who said he would be able to stop by and have a quick look the next morning. Told him I was just getting quotes at the time but he said it would be no problem to just look and then he could quote me. He spent about half an hour there and just jumped right in to fixing before acknowledging pricing. Fixed the leak and helped the draining of the toilet, but still not resolved. Charged me 170 bucks.Thankful for his help and prompt service As well as him sharing knowledge. I guess I should have known better.
