I have always had prompt and professional service from Scott and his staff. As I will be relocating to Vancouver Island, Nicole reached out to the nearest Napa Autopro service to me and made a referral to them reviewing my past history, profile with them. I was heading out of town tomorrow, stopped by shop late in day to have someone look at my chip before it turned into something more sinister 4 hours from home, no one was around at that time, but I was invited back early next morning before I hit the road. Scott let me in, checked me out, informed me what I had was just a divot, gave it a little glue, sent me on my way without delay, and refused payment.
