I came in with damaged hair from a different salon seen Victoria she wasn't judgemental she did a fantastic job at repairing my hair definitely coming back
Can I just sayyyyy, if you're out here providing services, and clients book months in advance for their service and you have to cancel.... I as the client feel awful chasing you down after whatever personal reason you needed to cancel for. I understand your employees get sick. I understand your family passes away. BUT I am in fact looking for you to rebook and contact me with immediate dates. 2hr session at beyond beauty booked for May 30 months in advance due to availability and basically day of, I'm texted that she's out of town due to family. fine. but its been 3 weeks and I contacted her today asking about rescheduling was basically kinda felt like a bad guy but also still sitting here waiting for a time for service to be available. basically Bobbi could've said, call the shop and book with another person, or anything other than what felt like, "enjoy the back burner while i find time" 🙄
