I cannot thank Kelsie enough for the incredible experience we had with her as our newborn photographer. After facing some challenges with our little one being in the hospital, she graciously squeezed us in last minute, showing her genuine care and understanding to our family. Fun fact: Kelsie is truly a baby whisperer! She worked her magic with our daughter, capturing the most precious moments that we will cherish forever. My review is long been due, been visiting Q-Nails (Devon) for quite some time now, and just today I was able to make time for this review.
I ussually visit for an acrylic nail set and a pedicure, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The salon is clean, well-maintained, and has a relaxing ambiance that puts you at ease the moment you walk in. I personally like thier new massage chair.
Acrylic Nails:
Sarah is the recent nail technician who
worked on me is a true artists. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was impeccable, from shaping the nails perfectly to ensuring a smooth, even application of the acrylic. The color selection is vast, and the quality of the products they use is top-notch. My nails have never looked better!
Pedicure:
The pedicure service was equally impressive. The process was thorough and unhurried, with a luxurious soak, exfoliation, and massage that left my feet feeling rejuvenated. Kate was gentle yet effective, paying close attention to every detail. The polish application was flawless, and my toes have never looked more vibrant.
Customer Service:
The staff at Q-Nails are friendly, professional, and committed to delivering an outstanding experience. Ben made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my visit, ensuring I was satisfied with every step of the process. Even though English is not their first language, they make sure to attend to all my needs.
Cleanliness and Safety:
Hygiene is clearly a priority at this salon. All tools were sterilized, and the overall cleanliness of the facility was impressive. During my pedicure, I have to use their washroom and told me to be careful since they just mopped the floor.

I'm not one for veterinarians. This clinic is awesome! Here are some highlights!- You are on a constant need to know basis cost wise. No money is spent until they come with a dollar amount and ask for your consent. Example: I was asked to approve up to $400 for numerous tests for my kitten. When it was discovered through these tests what was wrong, I was approached again for a "up to" amount for procedure and medication. I always knew what the amount would cost as well, had the control to say yes or no.- I was given a short notice, same day appointment.- The diagnosis was accurate and treatment recovered my kitten.- The veterinarian herself called me the next day to ask how my kitten Sneeze was and if I had any questions or concerns.- I had pet insurance through my breeder and reception was kind and patient in helping me fill out forms through many phone calls and emails between the two of us.- Another phone call was given a few days after the initial visit to me. Although I could not answer the phone call when it came in, they sent me an email checking in on Sneeze and told me to feel free once again to call or email any questions or concerns I may have.This is a very welcoming, friendly, full service clinic. I highly recommend this clinic before the other veterinary clinic in Devon.
Course is in excellent condition, pace (on a weekday evening in summer) was quick, and the price is right. The course layout always gives you something new. It’s a winner and worth the drive over to Devon if you’re in Edmonton!
