These ladies run an amazing local business with so much to offer our community. Jacquie is my massage therapist and works magic every time! I always walk out feeling a million times better with some helpful and knowledgeable tips on how to stretch and maintain between massages. Nicole runs some amazing yoga classes that will have you feeling your best!

Jacquie is simply amazing. She understands how the body works so well - you don’t ever get a “standard” massage, she actually works on what you have told her your problem area is. And she makes it feel better!! Very professional and friendly.
