Came into the Consort area for work and my 2014 F-150 started running rough and losing coolant. Rick and Donnie got me in immediately and started diagnosing the fault, a misfire on cylinder 8. They initially tried to solve it as cheaply and simply as possible with new coil packs and spark plugs, but it didn't work. It was eventually determined that the cylinder head had most likely failed.Donnie and Rick presented me with a variety of options and fought tirelessly to get the parts necessary to fix my truck.
