Randall helped my wife and I buy a house in Crowsnest Pass and he was awesome.
He is very knowledgeable, personable, available, and prompt in doing the things he said he would. Randall helped us collect the information we felt we needed to make the purchase and he did not push the sale.
As a testament to his commitment, Randall offered to personally put on a pair of coveralls and crawl underneath the house to look at something, since we were purchasing the place from a distance.
I highly recommend him if you are looking for a real estate agent in Crowsnest Pass!

Randall was incredible. I am an out of town buyer and he seamlessly coordinated all the showings for my family in one day. He was very receptive to feedback and was genuinely invested in us finding the perfect home. He had knowledge of all communities in Lethbridge and was able to provide information on local amenities. When it came time to negotiations, which can be the most stressful part, he was such an advocate for me to get a fair price based on market value. I am so very happy and if we ever move again will be using Randall. 10/10 would recommend!
