I've been going weekly since my first experience and I cannot get enough. The intimacy of having your own sauna space (while others are enjoying another space) you can have mediative solo experiences in each sauna or with your group. I love spending a self care day here at the cave. Thank you for being such an amazing part of our community!
My friend and I booked a private session. We had the entire spa for ourselves and spent the first hour of the two going through all the different rooms/water pools. From cold to warm, from dry to high humidity, from aromatic to unscented, the experience has been an amazing one. Eventually we settled on the cold/warm walking pools, the cold plunge tub and the eucalyptus sauna. The massage chairs brought an extra note of relaxation at the end of the session.
The place was pleasant and clean. Some of the message beds were not working as well as others. The staff was friendly and provided amble explanations of what each of the areas were. I would not have gone if I had not won it. 2 hours was too long for me, and I stuck it out for 1 1/2 hours, which was pushing it. Overall it was a pleasant experience and would recommend it to other's.
