Brendan is a phenomenal chiropractor and actually takes the proper time with each client to access and care for whatever injury you have.

I've gone to a lot of physiotherapists and chiropractors but he is by far my top choice!

Crystal was my massage therapist when I buggered up my neck/shoulder. Day 1 she could see some issues and gave me exercises to help correct it. She was incredible at working out the problem areas and her deep tissue massage made me cringe a little in that 'it hurts so good way'. The tension, the pain, the over compensation from one side to the other- all fixed after 3 sessions.
She was personable, very knowledgeable and professional. I have no reason to go elsewhere when treatment and experience was so on point.

I just wanted give a special call out to RMT Crystal from Soulstice wellness center. I have been going to Crystal for some time, and even followed her when she moved her practice to Soulstice wellness center recently. She has a wonderful deep tissue treatment. She is great at getting the right leverage, pressure and relief to my trigger points. Crystal is very knowledgeable, and often shares her articles and videos and provides advice, such as exercises I can in between our sessions to help improve the performance of her treatments. I appreciate her pleasant conversation, and I always come out of sessions feeling reset and much better. I highly, highly recommend her.
