“I have been in customer service for over 20 years and Ivys recovery with me tonight was very impressive. I had previously received a shellac manicure from the salon on Sunday and on one of the fingers, the different layers of Polish were separating. Ivy took one look and was not impressed and decided to redo the entire manicure. After curing the polish seem to be bubbling still and we determined that it might be a bad polish so she chose a different shade and redid it again and it looks phenomenal. Go see Ivy. Very professional, kind, gentle and so nice to talk with her.“
