Without a doubt the best buying experence my wife and have gone through with a builder. Craig Wiens the owner has gone the extra mile for us . Thank you from tthe bottom of out hearts. In my mind the #1 builder in Cochrane . We built with Kingsmith and couldn't be happier with our new home. The team is excellent, the trades are top quality and our home has been in perfect shape since the day we moved in. In a market where so many houses have been slapped together, building with a team as professional, careful and dedicated to excellence was a true pleasure.

Kingsmith built our dream home. The team was professional, courteous, responsive and personable. Kingsmith took the time to understand what our dream home vision was, designed it, helped us tweak it (by sharing with us things that we had not thought of), walked us through design decisions, and ultimately executed a home that exceeded our expectations.
