This month I noticed a small gap in some flashing that hadn’t existed after the work was completed. It was coming away. I emailed Lummerding and asked if they would repair it, unsure of warranty status. They replied that day and said that they would definitely fix it and that they had sent it off to the persons responsible for that part of the job. Shawn and his crew did a great job addressing our concerns on our 4 plex townhouse with myself and the rest of the homeowners.
They were understanding of our concerns and informative.
Repairs were done in a timely manner even during a catastrophic hail event in Calgary which I’m sure they were under a lot of pressure for insurance claims at the time of repair.
We feel confident with the repairs and the repair quality was fantastic. Pricing was very reasonable and inline with industry standard rates. We would use them again.
