Wow! That’s the definition of great service. Not only did I get greeted by Erdem, the owner, but he diagnosed the problem, communicated with me about it promptly, was able to get the parts and take care of servicing it, and get it back to me before late afternoon. I was so so grateful to have found someone with such expertise. Besides that he’s a really nice guy!
I can honestly say Erdem was the loviest, honest and trustworthy mechanic I've ever met! I had trouble with my car and he took time from his busy schedule to have a look at the issue, (during canada day week). He told me the honest truth about my car and advised me on what to do moving forward. For anyone looking to speak to a real trustworthy knowledgable mechanic, call Double E Motors straight away! I bought a 2016 Subaru Outback from Double E motors on Jan 4th, 2020. I didn't think buying a used vehicle after having my current vehicle stolen was going to be an enjoyable process. However, Kimberly and Erdem made the experience easy, low pressure and fun. They understood the position I was in and presented facts and accurate information towards the purchasing process. I wouldn't consider buying from anywhere else!
