Tyler has always been a great help to our business! Answers emails quickly, fixes our IT problems (some of which are a pain in the butt) and was able to adapt to our in house programs with ease. We appreciate all the work he has done for us!

Came in for a emergency (need a serial cable with USB adapter for a project, which could not find from Staples etc). Geroge was so friendly and borrowed me the cable for a week. Ended up buying it with good prize.

After having an extremely unpleasant experience at another shop in town I brought my computer over to second floor. They took the time to listen to what I had to say, removed the malware and once I came to pick it up they took the time to go through the computer with me until I was satisfied it was clean. Extremely professional and I couldn't recommend them enough!

EXPERTISE - EXPERIENCE - EXCELLENCE 2nd Floor Computers got its start in 1997 on the second floor of the Professional Building in downtown Camrose. Emily and Ken Chase, Pamela Chase and George Federuik started the company after identifying a need in the community for Professional Computer Service. The company focused almost exclusively on PC repair. Since then, we’ve made a few changes. We’ve expanded both our personnel and our services to offer a full range of computer and networking solutions. Despite a relocation to the first floor of the Gemini Centre on the main highway in Camrose, the name still stuck. Today, 2nd Floor Computers is here to meet all your professional and personal computing needs.
