We used Brain Bros. for installation of furnace, A/C, water heater, water softener and lines in our new home. After having a bad experience with another company as newcomers here, they have continually given nothing but %110 so thank you! Their work is clean and well done; pricing can’t be beat; communication and respect is top notch! We will continue to use this company without a doubt. And the secretary is pretty awesome too! We had just moved from Ontario and our house hot water tank failed between the inspection in May and when we took possession on the 28th. We were left with having to pay for a new system. Reached out to Battle River Plumbing. Scott was very helpful, insightful and engages from start to finish. We went with a Water on Demand unit instead of replacing the tank. The new unit looks like a work of art. Proper valves, piping and placed on the wall professionally. I can't recommend Battle River Plumbing enough. These are my family go to experts in Alberta for plumbing. Thank you Scott and Scott!

3 years ago I needed a part and was able to order it here. Since I received such great friendly service then, I naturally went back this summer when I needed extensive maintenance and repairs to my RV trailer. Sheila, Justin and Shayne provided exceptional customer service, taking time to explain to me what was needed, what the options were to repair, and Sheila was very patient and accomodating working around my summer camping plans. They were also able to get creative with repairing a water tank issue that could ahve resulted in needing to purchase a new tank. This was my first facial. Nicole began by asking about my skin problems and skin routine. From there she decided and built my custom facial. To say I felt comfortable and relaxed is an understatement. She doesn’t just do face. But neck, shoulders and collar bone. The hot towels she uses between products are so relaxing.
