My Doberman Kane had jumped out the front living room window and was cut up really bad. I was panicking badly and rushed him into vca. They took him into the back before I could even get in the door basically. Due to his injuries he needed to be sent for surgery at an emergency hospital. However they made the call immediately to inform the emergency hospital I would be coming. They also bandaged all of his wounds up properly so we could get there without anymore loss of blood. They did not even charge me as they just wanted to make sure he was in good shape for the drive there. I know most vets should care about the animal over money but unfortunately most don’t. At this vet they cared more for him than money and I can’t thank them enough. They will now be both of my dogs home vet. I dealt with Dorin and she was fantastic. She even called to check on him a few days later to see how he was doing even though they weren’t the ones that dealt with his surgery. I was actually surprised and felt special that I was called. Thank you so much for everything Dorin and your team from me and Kane!!!
