Urban Fringe is an awful Salon. My hair was totally ruined, and there is no accountability from the owner. I sent it photos to show my hair was hacked, butchered and completely ruined, to the point that I am wearing a hat to cover it all the time. I have been told I will not be refunded which is completely ridiculous. They cannot 'fix' my hair so asking me to come back in is ridiculous, and why would I after my experience. Be a stand up business, and compensate a client whose hair you totally ruined. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Atrocious. Sheri is an AWFUL manager/owner and Katherine a TERRIBLE stylist. The owner Sheri ADMITS this: What you experienced is not our normal at all and does not represent what our salon is about. However, has also clearly stated they have a ZERO refund policy. Sheri, you should be ashamed of yourself, and your business, totally despicable.
Have been a regular customer for years now. Always treated well and happy with the results I get from Gina! The salon treats their customers like family and I’m happy to support this local business.
