A great experience as a first time in this great salon? ?‍♀️ especially very professional and ownership nice and affordable buzz ? cut shave ? especially a fixed price for exactly what I expected and the other salons ?‍♀️ can get pricey such as GREAT CLIPS and FIRST CHOICE with out a fixed price.

This is my great experience at the MARLBOROUGH MALL ULTRA CUTS ?‍♀️ is my favourite location because my best STYLIST AMENA ISLAM such a great stylist very professional such a friendly girl very polite. On Jan 31 2024 @ 1021, I attempted to set up an appointment with one of your professional hairstylists, asking for one by name.This is said conversation.Good morning. Is there any chance that I can set up an appointment with ___________.He/She no longer works here.A 15 -20 second dead air with nothing further.My response was OH okay, and I hung up.I went elsewhere after almost 7 years as a customer. Not impressed by the haircut. She was unprofessional. She did not even clean the hair off the floor that was left from her client before me. And she wanted me to sit in the seat and I did not want to get hair in my sandals. I have never experienced that at any other salon so I didnt like that. She didnt do as much layers as I wanted.
