Their personal trainers are top-notch, offering tailored programs, and the fitness classes are both fun and effective. The squash courts, dojo for martial arts, and the Juice & Java bar, which serves delicious smoothies for the perfect supply of post-workout protein, are excellent amenities. “Cameron was amazing. I'm 45 and I've done personal training four different times in my life. Never had any motivation. Usually only lasted six or seven weeks at the most. We've been going a full year and I can't believe how much my life has changed. My physical and mental health is amazing now because of this experience. “I joined the Rock Centre, about 2 months ago and I have never been happier. Monika and her team is tremendously hardworking. I have seen significant changes in my body, within the first 6 weeks of my program. Monika is an amazing trainer, she cares about every single member and it shows. She will adjust meal plans, workouts, and employ use of varying techniques to ensure everyone gets the best results.Before I joined the Rock Centre, I was working out independently. I was not consistent and I never held myself accountable for missing my workouts. However, that is not the case at the Rock Centre, I rarely ever miss my workout sessions. Monika ensures you are held accountable and ensures you remain consistent so you can maximize your potential, efforts, and work.Also, I never used to break a sweat previously, but I know I am getting my money's worth here, because one, I am seeing visible results and second, I break a sweat every. single. time.I was not seeing significant results whilst working out independently, but I have started seeing more muscle definition now (literally my goal and dream since forever). I never thought I would start seeing muscle definition - EVER!! I was definitely wasting my money at the other gyms. The money spent at the Rock Centre is totally worth it, considering the results you will see and Monika’s efforts. “LOVE THIS GYM! I have always avoided gyms, as they are not my comfort zone and much prefer the outdoors and never felt like I knew what I was doing with weights. But recent injuries motivated me to look into strength and mobility training for rehab and prevention. I wasn't sure how things would go, but upon my first visit was warmly welcomed by front desk staff, asked about what I wanted to achieve and needed from a gym experience during my consultation, and paired with a FANTASTIC Personal Trainer, Jordanne. I was (and continue to be) very pleasantly surprised at the level of expertise, professionalism and friendliness Jordanne brings to her work. She's always prepared, courteous, supportive and sincerely interested in helping me succeed. I've only done a few sessions so far, and I'm already amazed at the progress I've made, both in my strength/mobility AND my attitude to strength training. I have regained confidence in my own body and my ability to improve! The gym isn't a scary place anymore, and I can't thank Jordanne and everyone at Goodlife Canyon Meadows enough.
